By accessing this website Ellen Grael Art and webshop and signing up, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for compliance. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Artwork Shipping
The artworks are packed in a professional Museumpak Box or other professional package depending on the size and content ( framed or without ) of the Artwork. From the Netherlands the art transport will be done by TNT or DHL and from abroad by International FedEx. In consultation with the artist the shipment is payed by the customer. The Art transport is always with an insurance fee with track and trace link to the customer and artist, unless the shipping company during the transport is responsible for the damage, the customer will accept the condition of the artwork when delivered at their destination. NOTE. Please unpack the artwork directly, or within 2 days, after the deliverance.
The costumer receives after payment and before shipping an invoice with the addition of the image of the sold artwork and with the photo detail of the artist signature.About the delivery time, it is the responsibility of the artist to ship the works in the appropriate amount of time to account for shipping for the customer. This always in consultation with the artist and transport company. In general means an art transport to the destination about two weeks. When the transport will be with a framed artwork it will take longer for deliverance this in consultation with the client.

Your privacy is very important. Grael Art will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose while in the procedure of bying an artwork. Ellen Grael Art will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. Personal data, address / email / phone number, of the customer should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used and should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If the personal data isn’t appropiate the procedure cannot go on. Before or at the time of collecting personal information the identification will be done for the purposes for which information is being collected.

Images and the artworks
The photo’s appearing on the website could include technical or photographic difference to the original art work. Ellen Grael Art does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are that accurate to the original. And can make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the artist to supply the website with the proper high resolution images and items for sale. Because Ellen Grael Art is dealing in original fine art (one of a kind artworks) and often provide labor and marketing and advertising there is absolutely no refunds and everyone doing business with the artist agrees to these terms and conditions before clicking through to the final stages of processing. By clicking you as a customer agree to these terms. When the artwork is sold that will be notified by removing the artwork from the website.
